Shangri-La Asia Limited has announced the grant of 15,913,200 existing shares from the market to employees and directors under its share award scheme, with a vesting period extending from 2025 to 2027. The shares were granted at no cost to recipients, following the company’s strategy to incentivize and reward its staff. The total awarded shares now represent 1.46% of the company’s current issued shares.
