Shangri-La Asia Limited’s subsidiary, Shangri-La Hotels (Malaysia) Berhad, which is over half-owned by the parent company and listed on Bursa Malaysia, has made a regulatory announcement. The disclosure, mandated by Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, was reproduced for investors’ information. The executive leadership of Shangri-La Asia Limited, including Chairman Ms. Kuok Hui Kwong and a group of executive and independent non-executive directors, was also confirmed.
