Shangri-La Asia Limited has announced that its registers of members will be closed from May 27 to May 30, 2024, in preparation for its annual general meeting scheduled for May 30, 2024. Shareholders must complete all share transfers and submit the necessary documents by May 24, 2024, to be eligible to attend and vote at the meeting.
