Shanghai Realway Capital Assets Management Co., Ltd. has announced the initiation of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) for its subsidiary, Ruixiang Investment, which is designed to align the interests of shareholders, management, and employees. The plan involves connected persons of the company indirectly acquiring a 2% stake in Ruixiang Investment at a value of RMB1,360,000, through capital contributions to Xiangxie Partnership, the shareholding vehicle for the ESOP. This move is aimed at supporting Ruixiang Investment’s future development strategies and business objectives.
