Shanghai Pharma Declares Year-End Cash Dividend

Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co (HK:2607) has released an update.

Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co., Ltd. has announced a final cash dividend of RMB 4.1 per 10 shares for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. Shareholders’ approval for the dividend was confirmed on June 28, 2024. The company will apply a withholding tax rate of 10% for non-resident enterprise shareholders and either 10% or 20% for individual non-resident shareholders, depending on their country’s tax treaty with China.
