Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co., Ltd. has announced a final cash dividend of RMB 4.1 per 10 shares for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023, with a shareholder approval date set on June 28, 2024. The dividend will be paid in HKD at the rate of 4.40674 per 10 shares, following the exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.074813, with the ex-dividend date on July 18, 2024, and the payment date on August 27, 2024. A withholding tax will apply to non-resident shareholders at rates of 10% or 20%, depending on the shareholder’s country of domicile and existing tax treaties with the PRC.
