Shanghai MicroPort MedBot (Group) Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the placement of 12,900,000 new H shares at HK$9.10 each, amassing net proceeds of approximately HK$114.08 million. The funds are earmarked for development of the company’s core business, product enhancements, and boosting working capital. The placement, involving at least six independent placees, ensures no single investor becomes a substantial shareholder post-transaction.
