Shanghai MicroPort MedBot (Group) Co., Ltd. has announced a Board reshuffle with Mr. Mui Wing Hong resigning as Independent Non-Executive Director effective July 18, 2024, to focus on other commitments, and with no disagreements reported. Ms. Fang Cong is nominated as a new Executive Director, pending shareholder approval at the next EGM. Ms. Fang, holding a master’s degree in finance and with experience at KPMG and Citigroup, will not receive separate remuneration for her director role, only for her senior management duties.
