Shanghai MicroPort MedBot (Group) Co., Ltd. has announced a change in their corporate structure, with Ms. Hui Yin Shan resigning as the company secretary and authorized representative, effective from 14 August 2024. Ms. Yeung Siu Lam, an experienced professional from Tricor Services Limited, will assume the roles vacated by Ms. Hui. The Board expressed gratitude to Ms. Hui for her service and welcomed Ms. Yeung to her new position.
