Shanghai Iluvatar CoreX Semiconductor Co., Ltd. announced board and senior management changes, including the resignation of non-executive director Kou Xiaoxiao effective 13 February 2026. The board said her departure, attributed to personal work arrangements, does not affect the statutory number of directors and involves no disagreement with the company.

The company also reshuffled key executive roles, moving Yang Lei from chief financial officer to vice president with a focus on investor relations and capital markets strategy while retaining his other board positions. Wang Peng was promoted to chief financial officer and Wang Ling to vice president, moves that strengthen financial oversight and sales expansion in key industries as the group refines its leadership structure.
