Shanghai Haohai Biological Technology Co., Ltd. has announced an interim dividend of RMB 0.4 per share for the first half of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. The dividend is subject to shareholder approval on September 13, 2024, with an ex-dividend date set for September 20, 2024, and payment to be made on October 25, 2024. Non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders will be subject to a 10% withholding tax, while resident individuals will incur a 20% tax.
