Shanghai Gench Education Group Limited reported a modest revenue increase of 8.3% for the first half of 2024, but saw declines in both gross profit and profit before tax by 2.3% and 2.0%, respectively. Despite higher revenue, net profit also slightly dropped by 2.0% compared to the same period last year. Additionally, the company has announced changes in its executive team, including a new CEO and Non-Executive Director.
