Shanghai Fudan Microelectronics Group Company Limited has announced the resignations of non-executive Directors Ms. Zhang Qianling and Mr. Sun Zheng, effective upon the appointment of their successors at the upcoming EGM. The company has also proposed the appointment of four new non-executive Directors and one executive Director, with details to be shared in an upcoming circular. Additionally, the company’s Register of Members will be closed from August 13 to August 19, 2024, in preparation for the EGM.
