Shandong Xinhara Pharmaceutical Company Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.25 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, with a payment date set for July 30, 2024. Shareholders will receive the dividend in HKD, converted at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.096393. A withholding tax of 10% will be applied for overseas non-resident enterprise shareholders, while resident individuals within the PRC will see a 20% withholding tax.
