Shandong International Trust Co., Ltd. has officially confirmed Ms. Duan Xiaoxu as their new non-executive director following the regulatory approval. Starting September 4, 2024, she will serve on the company’s audit committee. The announcement assures shareholders there are no further concerns regarding Ms. Duan’s appointment.
