The latest announcement is out from Shandong International Trust Corp. Class H ( (HK:1697) ).

Shandong International Trust Co., Ltd. plans to revise its Articles of Association and Procedural Rules for the Board to better align its corporate governance framework with updated regulatory requirements, including the Measures for the Administration of Trust Companies and model rules for Shandong provincial state-owned enterprises.
