Shandong International Trust Board Reshuffle

Shandong International Trust Corp. Class H (HK:1697) has released an update.

Shandong International Trust Co., Ltd. has announced changes to its board of directors and committees following its 2023 annual general meeting. Newly elected non-executive Directors Ms. Zhou Jing and Ms. Duan Xiaoxu are awaiting approval by the National Financial Regulatory Administration before their positions are confirmed. Meanwhile, Ms. Wang Bailing has stepped down, and Mr. Chen Xuebin’s appointment as a non-executive Director is pending shareholder and regulatory approval.
