Newly elected non-executive Directors Ms. Zhou Jing and Ms. Duan Xiaoxu are awaiting approval by the National Financial Regulatory Administration before their positions are confirmed. Meanwhile, Ms. Wang Bailing has stepped down, and Mr. Chen Xuebin’s appointment as a non-executive Director is pending shareholder and regulatory approval.
