Shandong International Trust Co., Ltd. has announced changes to its board of directors and special committees following its 2023 annual general meeting. Ms. Zhou Jing has been elected as a non-executive director and vice-chairperson, pending regulatory approval, and will join the Strategies and Risk Management Committee. Meanwhile, Ms. Wang Bailing has stepped down, and Mr. Chen Xuebin’s appointment as a non-executive director is under consideration, subject to shareholder and regulatory approval.
