Shandong International Trust Co., Ltd. has successfully conducted its 2023 Annual General Meeting with overwhelming shareholder support, as reflected in near-unanimous votes on all resolutions, including the approval of directorial and supervisory board reports, the financial report for the year, and the profit distribution plan. The meeting also saw the reappointment of auditors and the election of new board members, including executive Director Yue Zengguang and non-executive Director Zhou Jing, for a three-year term.
