Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy Group Limited reported that its projects, including those held and managed through subsidiaries, associates and joint ventures, generated approximately 505,421MWh of electricity in January 2026, down about 4.6% from a year earlier. Centralized photovoltaic plants in mainland China produced 195,299MWh, a 5.5% year-on-year decline, while wind farms delivered 255,889MWh, a 6.4% decrease, with performance varying by province as some regions such as Ningxia and Shanxi recorded strong solar growth while others saw notable drops.

Overall operating power generation from the group’s Chinese centralized solar and wind assets totalled 451,188MWh in January, representing a 6.0% fall versus January 2025, signalling a softer start to 2026 for the company’s renewable portfolio.
