Shandong Gold Mining Co., Ltd. has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 1.4 per 10 shares for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, with the payment date updated to July 17, 2024. Shareholders must have their holdings registered by the record date of June 20, 2024, to be eligible for the dividend, which will be subject to a 10% withholding tax for non-resident individuals and enterprises.
