Shanaya Limited has announced the retirement of Mr Lee Teong Sang and Mr Tito Shane Isaac from their positions as Independent Non-Executive Directors, effective post the annual general meeting on April 26, 2024. The company has appointed Mr Abuthahir S/O Abdul Gafoor and Ms Ch’ng Li-Ling as their successors, starting May 1, 2024. Mr Abu will serve as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Ms Ch’ng will become the Chairperson of the Nominating Committee, with both participating in various board committees.
