Shaftesbury Capital PLC has announced the appointment of Madeleine Cosgrave as an independent Non-executive Director, effective from August 1, 2024. Cosgrave brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles, including Managing Director at GIC Real Estate and Non-executive Director at Land Securities Group PLC. Her expertise is expected to enhance the company’s board with her membership in the Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination Committees.
