Shaftesbury Capital Updates Bond Exchange Terms

Shaftesbury Capital (GB:SHC) has released an update.

Shaftesbury Capital PLC has announced a significant interim dividend of GBP 0.017 per share, leading to a capital distribution that will affect the exchange properties of its exchangeable bonds due in 2026. As a result, the exchange property will now include additional shares and cash, specifically 127,008,786.5254 shares and GBP 430,836.5463, respectively. Bondholders are entitled to a revised exchange rate per GBP 100,000 bond, which now stands at 46,185.0133 Shaftesbury Capital Shares and GBP 156.6678 in cash.
