Shaftesbury Capital PLC has announced the application for 1,385,124 new Ordinary shares to be admitted to the Official List on the London Stock Exchange, which are to be issued under the company’s 2017 Performance Share Plan and will be on par with existing shares. The company’s total voting rights and issued share capital will remain unchanged, with the admission expected to take place on June 7, 2024.
