Shaftesbury Capital PLC has announced adjustments to its Exchangeable Bonds after not paying dividends for the period from October 2023 to March 2024, resulting in a Cash Dividend Shortfall. This led to changes in the Exchange Property, which now comprises fewer Shaftesbury shares and the addition of cash to match the Capital Distribution after a final dividend was paid. Bondholders are now entitled to a revised amount of shares and cash upon exercising their Exchange Rights.
