SH Group (Holdings) Limited reported a decrease in annual revenue from HK$954.3 million to HK$876.2 million for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, while gross profit increased to HK$16.3 million. The company also experienced a widening loss for the year, with losses attributable to owners at approximately HK$15.2 million, translating to a basic loss of HK3.8 cents per share.
