SG Holdings Co., Ltd. has successfully completed a tender offer for shares of Chilled & Frozen Logistics Holdings Co., Ltd., with the acquisition resulting in Chilled & Frozen becoming a consolidated and specified subsidiary of SG Holdings. The tender offer, which saw SG Holdings offer 5,740 yen per share, resulted in the purchase of 18,287,006 shares, exceeding the minimum threshold set for the offer.
