SG Holdings Co., Ltd. has completed the delisting of Expolanka Holdings PLC from the Colombo Stock Exchange, with the procedures finalized on September 12, 2024. SG Holdings Global Pte. Ltd., a fully-owned subsidiary of SG Holdings Co., now holds 99.69% of Expolanka’s shares after acquiring additional shares for LKR 62,401 million. The company plans to make Expolanka a wholly-owned subsidiary, expecting minimal impact on its consolidated performance.
