Severn Trent Executives Engage in Share Transfer

Severn Trent (GB:SVT) has released an update.

Severn Trent PLC has reported a transfer of shares involving key personnel, with Neil Morrison, a person with managerial responsibility, transferring a total of 6,761 ordinary shares at no cost. This transaction, which took place outside of a trading venue, has resulted in a combined total holding of 30,258 shares between Neil Morrison and his spouse, Laurence Morrison.
