Severfield, a leader in structural steel, has announced the appointment of Mark Pegler as their new Senior Independent Director, who has been a board member since 2022 and serves as the chair of the audit committee. The company’s Non-executive Chair, Charlie Cornish, expressed confidence in Pegler’s ability to bring valuable experience and insight to the Board and stakeholders.
