Seven West Media Limited has announced the appointment of Jeffrey Howard as a director, effective from April 19, 2024. Howard holds a significant interest in the company, with 8,696,180 securities, including over 860,000 fully paid ordinary shares, more than 2.7 million restricted ordinary shares, and approximately 5.1 million Performance Rights. No further interests in contracts or securities not registered in his name were disclosed.
