Seven West Media Limited’s director Kerry Stokes AC has experienced a change in shareholding due to the vesting and grant of Non-Executive Director Share Rights (NED Share Rights). Stokes now directly holds 329,851 restricted ordinary shares and 472,299 NED Share Rights, following the vesting of previously held rights into ordinary shares at a price of $0.1699 each. These transactions are part of the company’s NED Equity Plan and have been duly reported to the ASX in compliance with corporate regulations.
