Seven West Media Limited has reported a change in holdings for Director James Warburton, detailing an increase in his relevant interests to 32,953,216 shares after acquiring additional Performance Rights under the company’s short and long-term incentive plans. These new rights were issued following shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on November 9, 2023. There were no disposals of securities, maintaining Warburton’s direct interests in ordinary and restricted shares.
