Seven Group Holdings Limited (SGH) has announced the appointment of Mr. Mark Johnson as an Independent Non-Executive Director and his addition to the Audit & Risk Committee. With a wealth of experience in various sectors and expertise in finance, audit, and risk management, Johnson is expected to enhance SGH’s corporate performance and governance. The appointment coincides with the retirement of long-serving Board member Mr. Richard Uechtritz, who will be stepping down after 14 years of service post-AGM.
