Ryan Stokes AO, a director at Seven Group Holdings Limited, has experienced a change in his shareholdings following the automatic vesting of 102,079 share rights, as per the SGH Short Term Incentive Plan. As a result, Stokes now directly holds 557,631 shares and indirectly 119,216, bringing his total to 676,847 fully paid ordinary shares. This change occurred with no monetary consideration as part of the incentive plan approved at previous annual general meetings.
