SES AI Corporation Class A (SES) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
On January 26, 2024, SES AI Corporation expanded its Board of Directors to seven members and appointed Brian Krzanich as a Class III director, with his term ending at the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Mr. Krzanich, who previously served as CEO of CDK Global and Intel Corporation, is recognized for his experience and meets the independence requirements for the role. He will receive standard non-employee director compensation and has not been selected to serve on any Board committees. No related party transactions involving Mr. Krzanich are required to be disclosed.
