ServiceNow (NOW) just unveiled an announcement.
Chirantan “CJ” Desai has resigned as President and COO of the Company after an internal investigation found policy violations related to the hiring of a former U.S. Army Chief Information Officer. The Company, cooperating with a Department of Justice investigation, is uncertain about the outcome or impact this may have. Desai’s separation agreement entitles him to various compensations, including a lump sum payment and health coverage benefits, while forfeiting unvested equity awards.
