ServiceNow Executive Resigns Amid Internal Investigation

ServiceNow (NOW) just unveiled an announcement.

Chirantan “CJ” Desai has resigned as President and COO of the Company after an internal investigation found policy violations related to the hiring of a former U.S. Army Chief Information Officer. The Company, cooperating with a Department of Justice investigation, is uncertain about the outcome or impact this may have. Desai’s separation agreement entitles him to various compensations, including a lump sum payment and health coverage benefits, while forfeiting unvested equity awards. Chris Bedi steps in as the Interim Chief Product Officer, bringing nearly a decade of experience within the Company.
