Serra Energy Metals Corp has agreed to sell 80% of its interest in the Myrtleford and Beaufort projects to Advance Metals Limited. In exchange, Serra will receive shares in Advance, with the completion of the sale subject to regulatory approvals and shareholder consent. The agreement also includes a future joint venture, with Serra retaining a 20% interest and receiving a royalty from any gold production.
