Serinus Energy has announced a retail offer aiming to raise up to £0.25 million through the issuance of new ordinary shares via the BookBuild Platform. The funds will support the company’s projects in Romania and Tunisia and are part of a broader effort that includes a separate placing to raise an additional £1 million.
