Serial System Ltd has announced that executive director Ms. Victoria Goh Si Hui will be re-designated as a non-executive director of the company effective 1 February 2026, coinciding with her appointment as chief executive officer and executive director of its 77.64%-owned Catalist-listed subsidiary Serial Achieva Limited. She will relinquish her roles as Group Vice President, Business Development & Marketing, and Chief Operating Officer of the Consumer Products Distribution Division, while continuing to oversee Serial Multivision Pte. Ltd., which handles the Group’s non-core hospitality and healthcare solutions business. The board composition will be reconstituted from the same date, with Ms. Goh remaining on the board as a non-executive director alongside existing executive, non-executive and independent directors, and there will be no changes to the company’s board committees, indicating continuity in governance despite the leadership realignment within the Group’s subsidiaries.
