Serial System Ltd has announced that the High Court of Malaya ruled in favor of Bast in a litigation, awarding them over $3.5 million, with shared liability for MDFF and Dato’ John. The full amount of the claim has been provided for in the financial years 2020 and 2021. Serial System Ltd will update stakeholders on any significant developments in this case.
