Serial System Ltd (SG:S69) has released an update.
Serial Achieva Limited has partnered with A-Speed Infotech to form Achieva Tech Allianz Pte Ltd, a joint venture focusing on the distribution of IT products and system integration services in Asia, excluding Singapore. Both companies aim to leverage potential synergies to enhance business operations in the region, with SAL holding a majority 55% stake and ASP 45% in the new entity.
