Serial Achieva Limited, formerly known as Axington Inc., has successfully completed its proposed compliance placement, issuing 12,500,000 shares at S$0.20 each and raising net proceeds of approximately S$1.85 million. The funds are earmarked for expanding the company’s ASEAN presence, upgrading warehousing, distribution, and marketing capabilities, as well as bolstering general working capital. This move also facilitates the restoration of free float and the resumption of trading of the company’s shares.
