Seri Industrial S.p.A. ( (IT:SERI) ) has issued an update.
Seri Industrial S.p.A.’s board has revised its 2026 corporate events calendar, postponing approval of the 2025 separate and consolidated financial statements from 31 March to 17 April and shifting the annual shareholders’ meeting to 28 May. The board meeting to review first-quarter 2026 consolidated revenues is moved to 23 April, while dates for the half-year report and nine‑month revenues are set for 29 September and 29 October, respectively.
The company cited the need for additional analysis of certain balance sheet items as the reason for taking more time to finalize the annual financial report. It also confirmed that, on a voluntary basis and under the applicable regulatory framework, it will continue publishing additional periodic information as at 31 March and 30 September, with press releases following board approvals and any calendar changes to be promptly communicated to the market.
