Seri Industrial S.p.A. ( (IT:SERI) ) has issued an announcement.

Seri Industrial reported consolidated revenues of €41.5 million for the first quarter of 2026, down 29% year on year, with customer revenues declining 32% while other operating income grew 10%. Italy remained the core market despite a sharp revenue drop there, while European sales held broadly stable and minor increases were seen in Asia, Africa and America.

The revenue decline was driven mainly by the Sustainable Mobility division, where bus production is advanced but invoicing is mostly scheduled for April and May 2026, reflecting timing effects rather than a collapse in activity. Both the Plastic Materials and Batteries sectors also posted lower revenues, linked to weaker demand from automotive customers and reduced turnover in stationary lead-acid batteries, underscoring a more challenging market context for 2026 and signaling pressure on the group’s short-term performance despite expected billing of already-produced vehicles.

The most recent analyst rating on (IT:SERI) stock is a Hold with a EUR4.20 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Seri Industrial S.p.A. stock, see the IT:SERI Stock Forecast page.
