Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust PLC (SEREIT) has updated its interim dividend payment date for shareholders to Monday, 12 August 2024, due to a public holiday in South Africa. The payment was originally scheduled for 9 August but will now be made to those on the register by the record date of 12 July. Shareholders can receive dividends in sterling or rand, with the relevant exchange rates to be announced later in June.
