Serco Group plc has repurchased 725,419 ordinary shares at an average price of £1.5556 each, as part of its ongoing share buyback program. Since its inception in February 2024, the program has seen the company acquire a total of 78,735,661 shares. These repurchased shares are held in treasury, potentially enhancing shareholder value by reducing the number of shares in circulation.
