Serco Group plc has actively bought back 337,559 of its own shares on September 13, 2024, through broker J.P. Morgan Securities plc, with the intention to hold these shares in treasury. This recent purchase is part of a larger buyback programme initiated on February 29, 2024, which has resulted in a total of over 51 million shares repurchased. Currently, the company’s total shares in issue amount to 1,052,496,615, excluding the treasury shares.
