Serco Group plc has announced the acquisition of 473,865 ordinary shares on 27 August 2024, intending to hold these in treasury. This latest transaction is part of an ongoing share buyback programme initiated on 29 February 2024, bringing the total number of shares purchased to 45,259,984. Post-purchase, the company holds 22,002,778 shares in treasury, with 1,058,285,982 shares in issue and available for shareholder voting.
